Opportunities After School Increase Success (OASIS)
Is a program offered to Susquehanna County students in grades 7th - 12th, with letter of recommendation, will be offered an opportunity to join this after school program designed to build life and leadership skills.
Coordinated and conducted by TREHAB prevention staff, OASIS will incorporate resources from sereral highly acclaimed youth development programs: Search Institue, Penn State Cooperative Extension, National Health promotions, and Franklin Covey, to name a few.
EACH PARTICIPANT WILL:
Develop or improve the following skills:
- Communication
- Decision Making
- Conflict Resolution
- Coping and Stress Management
- Resume writing and interviewing
Learn more about:
- Personal Strengths
- Community strengths
Enjoy:
- New Friends
- Trip to the BEACH
- Day Camp and
- Lots of fun.
Meet program expectations:
- Attend scheduled sessions
- Abide by code of conduct
- Participate in group and/or individual community service activites
- Provide OASIS report to sponsoring organization
SPONSORS WILL:
Gain:

- Visibility and awareness of Organization and its purpose
- Increase community assets
- Assistance with Organization's activities or events
- Opportunity to participate in OASIS events and activities
